Who has access to this, is it just college coaches? I find it interesting that NCAA makes women softball portal accessible to all but not mens college baseball. With all the concern for safety and what not, just seems strange they allow the public to have access to the women.

Has anyone seen the baseball one posted anywhere? Thru 247sports I've seen college football posted, but have not seen basketball. You'd think it would be standard one way or another across the board, again though, we're talking about the NCAA.
With the clock turning to 2020 and programs starting back up I'm seeing a few mentions of transfers dribbling in but am curious who else out there I haven't heard transfer.
