California is overloaded but in recent years
For Junior colleges, gotta be Santa Rosa, Delta, Mount San Antonio, OCC, Feather River, and Santa Barbara City. Possibly throw in College of San Mateo, Fresno City, and College of the Sequoias
I've been thinking about this for Texas over the past 5-10 years.
Being a Texan, I totally agree with you. Although, I might put A&M above TCU. I agree with DBU being above Baylor. For Texas, here's my rankings:
I'd also have D3 Trinity in the top 10 just because of their success over the past decade. They finished the 2020 season at No. 4 in the D3baseball.com rankings and won it all in 2016. Texas-Tyler is D3 as well and won it all in 2018.
I had to give TCU the edge because of their dominance over A&M in the postseason. A&M has generally been more consistent though.
True. Good points there. Houston could find a way into the top 5 very soon. Their baseball program is trending upwards.
In Mississippi it's Mississippi State then everyone else. Southern Miss is strong as is Delta State then the University of Mississippi. From a tradition standpoint, it's Miss State for sure then I would say Delta State (DII). The Statesmen have the states only National Championship in baseball. Southern Miss and UM fight for 3rd and 4th place when it comes to over all success and tradition. All programs are solid though.
